Tee Print London Return & Refund Policy
Returns
At Tee Print London, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we take pride in our print quality and products. Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged items only, such as bad prints or damaged garments. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immadietly via email at hello@teeprint.london with clear evidence of the defect to authorize a return. Unfortunately, returns for size exchanges or custom products that are printed to your specifications are not accepted unless there is an issue with the garment itself.
If approved, faulty items should be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for inspection. Please note, you are responsible for return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage remains with you until the returned goods are received by us. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Items not in their original condition
- Products collected on-site
- Minor printing issues that aren’t visible from 3 feet
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Sale items
- Delivery delays of up to 3 business days, except in extraordinary circumstances
- Orders canceled after production has begun
If you do not receive your refund, please:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company and your bank for further assistance.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Custom products cannot be exchanged due to their personalized nature, unless there is an issue with the item. To arrange an exchange, please email hello@teeprint.london.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning items unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted at our discretion. If returning items valued at over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned goods.
Cancellations
Orders for plain stock can be canceled or returned within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original packaging and condition. Custom-made items, due to their bespoke nature, cannot be canceled or returned after production has started.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, any refund will be credited to them.
